Returns and Policies
Production
All items have a 12 week lead time, due to the custom nature of each item. This is not guaranteed but a benchmark! All orders are processed for production within 5 days of placing your order. Any cancellations, size changes or fabric changes must be made no more than 5 days after the order is placed before it is considered “in production”.
Orders placed by Feb 1st will be guaranteed for Easter Delivery. Any orders after February 1st cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
Brinkley’s Berries is a custom children's clothing company that provides clothing cut and sewn to order. Therefore, all clothing purchased from Brinkley’s Berries is final - with the exception of damaged items or manufacturer mistakes. All sales are final. We will accept size exchanges within 10 days of order receipt. This is for the same garment specifications but a different size only. We will charge a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges for this service. Details and directions for exchanges will be enclosed with your order We encourage you to refer to the measurement chart when placing your order and refer to the sample trunk items for sizing.
Personalized item sales are final.
Custom Measurements
Brinkley’s Berries has spent many years “perfecting” the sizing of patterns. At this time we cannot accept custom measurements or requests such as longer pant length, larger waist etc. The additional measuring slows down our production and is something that we have had to eliminate to meet the demands of production. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Payment Information
Brinkley’s Berries accepts credit cards (Discover, Amex, Visa, Mastercard) and personal checks. ALL cards will be processed in full when the order is processed with our workroom. Items will not ship unless payment is processed and cleared. Please make sure contact information (email and phone) are written on the order form in the instance we need to contact the customer regarding payment. Finally, please note on the order form if your billing address is different from your shipping address.
Samples
We offer our samples to purchase at a discount of 30% off of retail price. The sample price is noted on the price tag of the garment. Should a customer wish to purchase a sample, the customer information should be noted on the clothing tag as well as the hostess book and order form. Samples will be shipped with customer orders and/or after the completion of the spring trunk season.
